You may configure your browser to refuse cookies, though some Service functionality may be affected. We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to maintain your account and provide the Service, comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations, and resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 10).

Conspectus implements industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls and authentication requirements, and regular security assessments.

No system is completely secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

9. International Data Transfers

Conspectus is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. or other countries that may not have equivalent data protection laws to your jurisdiction.

Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.
